Who we are

1. The Organization

We are a nonprofit initiative based in Belgium established by two Belgian entrepreneurs.
Flemish entrepreneur Antoon Praet is active in the agricultural sector in Ukraine for more than 10 years and has a 2,000-hectare arable farm in the Ukrainian town of Polonne, about 230 kilometers west of Kyiv. Ivan Sabbe is a former member of the Flemish Parliament (2009-2014) and a Flemish entrepreneur. His connection with Ukraine lies mainly through his partner Anastasiia, who is Ukrainian. He was also active in Ukraine in the real estate sector in the past. This is a project with the support of the West Flanders Regional Fund, managed by the King Baudouin Foundation. We have established a network of local volunteer organizations in Ukraine to ensure the best use of our funds.

What we do

We are working to quickly mobilize resources and connect with partners and local social organizations to provide a response to the urgent needs of people in Ukraine. We have constant contact with volunteer organizations in different regions of Ukraine assessing the situation and the arising humanitarian needs and coordinating efforts to deliver help where most needed.
