1. The Organization

We are a nonprofit initiative based in Belgium established by two Belgian entrepreneurs.
Flemish entrepreneur Antoon Praet is active in the agricultural sector in Ukraine for more than 10 years and has a 2,000-hectare arable farm in the Ukrainian town of Polonne, about 230 kilometers west of Kyiv. Ivan Sabbe is a former member of the Flemish Parliament (2009-2014) and a Flemish entrepreneur. His connection with Ukraine lies mainly through his partner Anastasiia, who is Ukrainian. He was also active in Ukraine in the real estate sector in the past. This is a project with the support of the West Flanders Regional Fund, managed by the King Baudouin Foundation. We have established a network of local volunteer organizations in Ukraine to ensure the best use of our funds. 

2. Our Mission

We work to help victims of the Russian-Ukrainian War deliver food and medication for people in Ukraine. The conflict began in February 2014 following the Revolution of Dignity, and focused on the status of Crimea and parts of the Donbas, internationally recognized as part of Ukraine. 
On the 24th February 2022, Russia started a full-scale invasion of Ukraine destroying cities and taking the lives of thousands of Ukrainians, including civilians and children. Millions of Ukrainians lost their homes and are caught in the middle of an escalating war and humanitarian crisis. Casualties are rising, food shortages and medical supplies are becoming acute. Your donation to this fund will support Ukrainians in need, with a focus on the most vulnerable.
